Electric Wire Rope Hoist
SHA8 Double Girder Electric Wire Rope Hoist (Single reel)-BS type is a high-performance and high-efficiency electric lifting equipment. The whole machine includes the lifting mechanism, trolley travel mechanism, drive device, wire rope drum, control system and other main parts. It is designed for lifting and handling heavy-loaded materials. This product is widely used in factories, warehouses, steel mills, ports, docks, construction and other places where high-intensity lifting operations are required. The lifting mechanism is the core component of the electric hoist. It consists of a motor, a reducer, a drum and a wire rope. The motor transmits power to the drum through the transmission of the reducer, and the wire rope on the drum drives the load up or down through friction. The trolley travel mechanism consists of a motor, a drive device, a guide wheel, etc., which is mainly responsible for the horizontal movement of the hoist along the double-beam track. The system ensures that the equipment can complete the lifting operation efficiently and stably by accurately controlling the speed and position of the trolley.
